de Kock returns from illness; Parnell, Shamsi back too

Toss Bangladesh opt to bat v South Africa

Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal decided to bat first in the second ODI in Johannesburg. Tamim wanted to put up a total to defend at a venue where the ball travels.

The hosts have Quinton de Kock back in the line-up after recovering from an illness that forced his absence in the series opener. They have also included left-arm seamer Wayne Parnell and left-arm wrist spinner Tabraiz Shamsi. There was no place for Aiden Markram, Marco Jansen and Andile Phehlukwayo.

Bangladesh, unchanged, have retained their same XI for the last five matches, going back to the series against Afghanistan last month. They are 1-0 up following a 38-run win in Centurion, their first in over 20 years of touring South Africa.
