WI vs IND: Match Preview – India tour of West Indies 2022, 1st T20I: India and West Indies will resume their rivalry in T20Is when they lock horns against each other in the first match of the five-match series on Friday (July 29).

The Men in Blue will enter the series high on confidence after winning the ODI series. India’s second-string team whitewashed the hosts in the three-match series. While West Indies put up a good fight in the first two ODIs by scoring more than 300 runs, India managed to emerge victorious on both the occasions.

In the third ODI, the visitors thrashed the home side by 119 runs (DLS method) to finish the series in style. India will be bolstered by the return of the likes of Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Bhuvneshwar Kumar and would be looking to continue their winning run.
