It’s been South Africa’s day, they added 153, got the visitors 139 for 5. Can they roll through tomorrow or will there be an unlikely, but not impossible, fightback? Join in to find out. For now, it’s goodbye from me, Ekanth, my fellow commentator, Srivathsa Vennelaganti, and our scorer, Venkat Raghav.
5:31 pm: Rahim punches the air in enthusiasm as the batters run to the pavilion, knowing he’s survived a tough spell. But the rest of the top-order didn’t, thanks mainly to Mulder. Olivier took the other two, the spinners have looked menacing but have somehow gone wicketless so far. But they wouldn’t mind because they are finding turn and the edges, and given South Africa being on top. For the visitors, Tamim and Shanto scored well but after one fell, there were wickets always around the corner.
