The WWE board of directors play a crucial role in the sustainability of the business. Its makeup, could, however, be set to undergo changes in the coming months with the dynamics of the WWE set to reportedly change, with the impending merger with the UFC’s parent company, Endeavor.

Vince McMahon (Co-Founder and Executive Chairman)
The 77-year-old has been the pioneer of the WWE, helping it fight of it’s competition and establish itself as the biggest and most well-known professional wrestling brand in the world.
McMahon is a legend in the wrestling industry but his life has been filled with controversy. To some, he is a wrestling industry legend, to others he is a disliked figure.
McMahon has been involved in the WWE for more than 40 years.
Paul “HHH” Levesque (Chief Content Officer)
The son-in law of McMahon, Levesque is regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers in history. He gradually began to become more involved in the business aspects of the WWE in 2010 moving up the ranks as the years passed.
After being involved in behind the scenes work, Levesque’s in-ring involvement began to decrease. He was eventually forced to retire from in-ring action in 2022 following a heart condition.
He has been credited with playing a major role in WWE’s main developmental territory, NXT, established in 2010. By September 2022, he was promoted to being the WWE’s Chief Content Officer.
Nick Khan (Chief Content Officer)
A former practicing attorney, Khan joined the WWE in 2020 as President and Chief Revenue Officer. He has never been one to be hesitant to make big calls and in 2021, played a role in the WWE releasing more than 80 stars. This was done due to among other things, the brand losing revenue as a result of the pandemic.
Kevin Dunn (Executive Producer and Chief, Global Television Distribution)
Dunn has been involved in WWE production for over 20-years. He followed in the footsteps of his father, Dennis Dunn who was the former Executive Producer of Intermedia Productions which first handled WWE production from 1972 when it was owned by Vince McMahon Sr.
Dunn was made Executive Vice President, Television Production in June 2003. He manages the WWE television studio which has a production team that comprises of about 140 people. He has been response for the WWE’s ever-improving visuals and production which has made it stand out from its competitions. In 2008, he was introduced to the WWE Board of Directors.
Frank A Riddick (President and Chief Financial Officer)
Riddick’s role involves overseeing WWE’s Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategy, Controllership, Investor Relations, Tax, Data Analytics, Technology, Event Travel and Facilities departments.
His career in business management has spanned more than four decades. He has occupied key leadership roles with the likes of Armstrong World Industries, FloWorks International LLC, JMC Steel Group and Formica Corporation.
Riddick is a former member of the board of GrafTech International and serves on the board of visitors of the Furqua School of Business at Duke University.
