Rajinikanth, who is celebrating his 72nd birthday today (December 12), received a special wish from Shah Rukh Khan. The actor shared a throwback picture with superstar Rajinikanth from Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding and wrote a sweet note. In the image, both the stars are smiling for the camera. The veteran star can be seen in a white kurta pyjama set, while Shah Rukh can be seen white shirt paired with black pants and a brown coat. “To the coolest, swaggiest, humblest star of stars forever and ever….love you, @rajinikanth sir. Wishing you the healthiest & happiest Birthday,” read the birthday note. 

Soon after Shah Rukh Khan shared the post, their fans flooded the comment section. A user wrote, “Legend wish to another legend,” while another wrote, “Living Legends In A Single Pic Wish You A Very Happy Birthday Rajni Sir From Our SRKian Family.”

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is busy promoting his film Pathaan. He unveiled the first song Besharam Rang of the movie. The track also features Deepika Padukone in a never-seen-before look. Sharing the song on his Instagram handle, Shah Rukh Khan captioned it as “Seeing her, you know…beauty is an attitude….#BesharamRang song is here.”
