Our company has several terms and conditions which we expect we customer to follow or abide by and these include:

  • We reserve the right to reject the carriage of any goods or class of good for reasons best known to us.
  • Your items are to be of standard cleanliness and we reserve the right to reject the carriage of items termed to be dirty.
  • If we discover an item(s) to be a safety risk item or not suitable for us, we have the right to reject carrying such item(s).
  • Our time starts from the period of loading the items to the period of final unloading of the items
  • Any cost incurred as a result of waste disposal shall be charged on you (customer).
  • If you desire to take additional good which was not on the good list, you are welcome but it will require additional cost.
  • We shall not be responsible for any electrical, carpentry or plumbing work, if need be, we shall be providing such service at an additional cost depending on the availability of such staff.
  • We shall not be liable for any damage caused by natural calamity, unforeseen accident, riot or fire.
  • You can cancel your order after 24 hours of placing such order. We do not accept cancellation of orders after loading.

OBLIGATION

  • We expect that all the information you gave to us is accurate and dependable.
  • As you agree with us, we expect that you are either the owner of the property or an authorized agent.
  • You are expected to inspect your goods as they are been loaded, in a situation where you notice any damage caused by us, please inform us within 48 hours of job completion. After 48 hours of job completion, we shall not be liable for such damages.
  • We expect that the items must not be a firearm or highly explosive and corrosive; if we notice such, we shall reject the carriage of such items.
