India skipper Rohit Sharma achieved the massive feat in the game as he became the first batter in history to smash 400 sixes in won matches. The senior opener achieved the feat in the recently concluded Test against West Indies at Dominica. 

India clashed with West Indies in their first match of the new edition of the ICC World Test Championship and they produced a magnificent performance to win the game by a massive margin of innings and 141 runs. One of the main architects behind their win was skipper Rohit Sharma. 

Rohit Sharma, who was under the firing line for his poor form, played a staggering innings and made sure that his side started the series on a high. After India bundled out the opposition for just 150 runs, he made sure that his team gets a fiery start. 

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma looked settled at the crease and along with debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal played excellently well. The duo stitched 229 runs for the opening partnership and help India pile up a massive total of 421 runs on the board.

Rohit Sharma smashed a sensational century and batted beautifully. He scored 103 runs and batted for 221 balls, which also saw him hitting 10 fours and 2 sixes. With his knock, he also became the leading run-getter for India in the history of the World Test Championship. 

Rohit Sharma now has 1955 runs from 24 games and also has an average of 52.83, which is the highest amongst the Indian batters. The right-hander in the World Test Championship has also smashed 7 hundreds and 4 half-centuries.

Indian Cricket team produced a magnificent performance in the first game of the Test series against West Indies. Asked to field first, they on account of Ravichandran Ashwin’s five-wicket haul bundled out the opposition for 150 runs. After that, it was about skipper Rohit Sharma (103) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (171).

The duo smashed staggering centuries and stitched 229 runs for the opening partnership. Virat Kohli too complimented them well as he smashed 76 runs to take India’s total to 421 before Rohit Sharma declared the innings. In the second innings, Ravichandran Ashwin took seven wickets and India bowled out the opposition for 130 runs to win the game by a massive margin.
