The “Impact Player” rule has made the TATA IPL 2023 very interesting. The rule has added to the spice of the already amazing tournament. With that being said, each team will be waiting to make effective use of this rule. Most of the team analysts are looking at this rule as a “playing 12” concept. This means that they will be selecting 12 players instead of 11 and at the required time, the 12^th player will be introduced in the game.
