Dana White is the President of the UFC and is certainly a controversial figure in the world of MMA. Dana White was also previously accused of an ‘illegal crime’ in Las Vegas. 

Dana White’s mother June White published an unauthorized biography of her son, titled Dana White, King of MMA, in 2011, the same year that the UFC acquired Strikeforce. While that is in the past, Dana White has made news due to the fact that he slapped his wife Anne on New Year’s Even in a night club.

According to White’s mother, her son changed considerably along with the evolution of the UFC from a near-bankrupt brand to the largest fight promotion in the world. June White accused her son of turning into a ‘vindictive tyrant’ from the genuinely caring person he once used to be.

White’s mother wrote:

“It is difficult for me to see how, as the popularity of the UFC evolved, the person I once knew changed into someone who is egotistical, self-centered, arrogant, and cruel.
