According to a report from NDTV, there is a shortage of electricity ahead of India’s fourth T20I against Australia at Raipur’s Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium. The organising board has not paid the electricity bill since 2009 and hence, the authority has refused to supply electricity for the match.
